Florenzi Return Policy

At  Florenzi, we strive to provide high-quality handcrafted footwear and excellent service. Please carefully read our return policy before placing your order.

14-Day Return Period

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The shoes must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and protective materials must be included.
  • The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or use.

Return Processing Fee

Approved returns of non-custom products may be subject to a €20 return processing and handling fee. This amount may be deducted from the final refund.

Custom-Made & Made-to-Order Products

Please note that custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Personalized sizes or measurements
  • Customized materials, colors, soles, or initials
  • Special production requests
  • Any product specifically crafted upon customer order

As all custom-made Florenzi shoes are individually produced, these sales are final unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

After inspection, Florenzi may offer:

  • A replacement pair
  • A repair solution
  • A partial or full refund when applicable

No return processing fee will apply to defective or incorrect items.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to an error on our side.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Florenzi is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Return Approval

All returns must be approved by Florenzi before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

To request a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
