Florenzi reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
You agree not to duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of our website, products, or branding without written permission.

2. Product Availability & Accuracy

All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product information is free from errors. Availability is subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product or discontinue items at any time.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of checkout. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the European Union and internationally. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local customs. Florenzi is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or force majeure events.

5. Returns & Refunds

Non-custom products may be returned within 14 days if unworn and in original condition. A €20 return processing fee may apply.

Custom-made and personalized products are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photos, logos, and designs — is the exclusive property of Florenzi. Use, reproduction, or distribution of any content without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Florenzi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. All purchases are made at the customer’s own risk, except in cases of proven defect.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands and comply with the regulations of the European Union. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in Dutch courts.

Florenzi reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
