Florenzi Fastlane is our accelerated custom production service, designed for customers who want handcrafted luxury with a significantly faster turnaround. While our standard Made To Order service offers full customization, Fastlane allows selected styles to be produced and delivered much quicker while maintaining the premium Florenzi experience.

Choose from timeless loafers, dress shoes, sneakers, and selected premium styles that can be customized with carefully selected materials, finishes, sole units, and details. Fastlane items are partially pre produced and prepared in advance within our production process, allowing us to complete your order considerably faster once placed.

For customers looking for the fastest possible delivery option, we offer 48H Rush, our quickest production service. Selected custom Florenzi shoes are completed within 48 working hours, starting from the next working day after payment confirmation. To achieve this accelerated production time, selected components are prepared in advance while maintaining the same craftsmanship and finishing standards.

Whether you choose Fastlane (6 to 8 working days) or 48H Rush (48 working hours), both services maintain the same premium materials, attention to detail, craftsmanship, comfort, and luxury quality Florenzi stands for, simply delivered faster. Best of all, accelerated production comes at no additional production cost.

Florenzi Return Policy

At  Florenzi, we strive to provide high-quality handcrafted footwear and excellent service. Please carefully read our return policy before placing your order.

14-Day Return Period

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The shoes must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
• All original packaging, accessories, and protective materials must be included.
• The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or use.

Return Processing Fee

Approved returns of non-custom products may be subject to a €20 return processing and handling fee. This amount may be deducted from the final refund.

Custom-Made & Made-to-Order Products

Please note that custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This includes:

• Personalized sizes or measurements
• Customized materials, colors, soles, or initials
• Special production requests
• Any product specifically crafted upon customer order

As all custom-made Florenzi shoes are individually produced, these sales are final unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

After inspection, Florenzi may offer:

• A replacement pair
• A repair solution
• A partial or full refund when applicable

No return processing fee will apply to defective or incorrect items.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to an error on our side.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Florenzi is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Return Approval

All returns must be approved by Florenzi before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

To request a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
